Acupuncture with Gong Sound Meditation

The workshop will focus on different energy centres (Chakras), acupuncture points, aromatherapy, crystal healing and sound healing of the crystal bowls and gong. 

Before settling into the tranformative power of the gong, the acupunture needles will be placed on the meridian channels to nourish the liver and gallbladder; helping us to embody Spring. Five element acupuncture views this season as an opportunity to work on our Wood Element and release its associated emotions, which could include a spectrum from anger to forgiveness. 

The healing benifits of the acupunture and relaxation of the aromatherpy will be intensified with the sound healing of the crystal bowls and gong. 

The group will consist of just 7 people inline with the 7 Chakra's. This will also allow us to give you our full attention and personalise the acupunture healing to your needs.
